Carriage Hills North is a 75 lot neighborhood located in Kansas City, MO off of Pleasant Valley Rd and Brighton Ave. Residents have taken over the HOA as of March 2023.

Annual Homeowner’s Association Meeting | 02.17.2026
Our annual meeting will be held on 2/17/2026 at the Kansas City Police Station in Pleasant Valley. Written notice of the meeting will be mailed out within the next week. Please join your fellow homeowners as we discuss 2026 in CHN. The current Board will be proposing the 2026 budget, in addition to the election of officers and other general discussion. Invoices for 2025 HOA dues were mailed on March 10, 2025. These dues of $600, which were approved at the 2025 annual HOA meeting of the homeowners, are due by April 30th. A special assessment of $284 was also approved by the homeowners at the annual meeting – these additional dues are due by June 15, 2025. A $25 fee will be incurred for any late payments.
