Invoices for 2024 HOA dues were mailed on March 5, 2024. These dues of $600, which were unanimously approved at the 2024 annual HOA meeting of the homeowners, are due by April 30th. A $25 fee will be incurred for any late payments. Starting September 1, 2024, any unpaid balances will accrue interest at an annual rate of 5%.
Homeowners with unpaid dues will not have access to the pool, and liens for all unpaid dues and costs will be filed against your home. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding as we work to build a better neighborhood.
