Our annual meeting will be held on 2/17/2026 at the Kansas City Police Station in Pleasant Valley. Written notice of the meeting will be mailed out within the next week. Please join your fellow homeowners as we discuss 2026 in CHN. The current Board will be proposing the 2026 budget, in addition to the election of officers and other general discussion.
Please note that the all 4 current members on the HOA Board of Directors will not be able to serve on the 2026 board. If there are not at least 3 volunteers to serve for 2026, CHN will need to hire a management company to run the HOA – this could realistically increase HOA dues by $100+ per household.
