April 15, 2023 – Our HOA president, Boyd Ahrens, will be leading activities to restore the entryway fencing from 1pm – 3pm. We are aiming to trim bushes, as well as scrape and re-paint the fencing. Any and all help would be welcome and greatly appreciated!

April 22, 2023 – CHN resident Ben Power has been kind enough to organize a Neighborhood Clean-Up event from 10am – 1pm. An event has been created on our Facebook page that has additional details. We are also planning on putting fresh mulch down on the entryway landscaping around the newly painted fencing. Any all and help would be welcome and greatly appreciated!

We would like to provide a reminder that 2023 HOA dues are due on Friday, March 31 ($485). The special assessment of $115 is due by June 30, though it can also be lumped in with the yearly dues if that is preferred. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions or concerns.

Any outstanding dues as of April 1 will incur a $25 late fee. If they are not paid, you will not have access to the pool, and liens for all unpaid dues and costs will be filed against your home. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding as we work to build a better neighborhood.

Homeowners met February 20th, 2023 and elected a board, approved the proposed budget and annual dues for 2023.

The new Board will meet soon, and will send out a copy of the budget and the 2023 dues invoice.
